Libelula Inc. was founded in 2020 in Toronto by seasoned Film and Television Director/Producer Oscar Navarro and entrepreneur/cinematographer Adrian Wong. The two met while working at a digital marketing agency, where they quickly discovered a shared passion for visual storytelling and high-quality content creation.

Their journey took an unexpected turn when they were laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of seeing it as a setback, they saw an opportunity—to build something different. Having worked at agencies where the primary focus was maximizing profits over creative integrity, they wanted to take a new approach. With Libelula Inc., they set out to create a company where the quality of the work and the success of their clients came first.
